1. Planning
Every project begins with comprehensive conversations. You talk; we listen. We listen to everything you know you want, what sort of advice and guidance from us would be helpful, and how you see the perfect kitchen,bath, laundry or library for your house, your family, and your life.You show us all the problems you want us to solve. We look at pictures together, and we offer suggestions about how our experience with the complexities of kitchens and baths can be used to realize your vision. We answer your questions, and ask some of our own, so that we see exactly what you see when you imagine the project. 2. Design
Your design is generated by our conversations, and what we have learned from you. One of our experienced and creative designers works with you from first concept sketches through final revision, and produces complete plans specifying every detail.We begin with function and form, so that every practical aspect of your project works for your family and your way of living. Choices of style, color, material, and equipment are worked into the mix. We continue to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Your dream room takes shape and becomes visible for your approval. And we keep your budget and your priorities firmly in mind as we go.
3. Installation
When you have approved your plans, we develop the schedule for the work. All of the people who will be in your house from start to finish are our partners or our employees.From the first day, you will know exactly what to expect. Our installers are experienced craftsmen. They understand the inconveniences of the installation process, they clean up after themselves, and they respect your privacy and the sanctity of your home. We understand this part intimately, and we do our best to finish on time and on budget. We oversee every aspect of your project’s completion, we take all of your questions and needs seriously, and we are not satisfied until you are satisfied.

Our Cabinetry Department is staffed with highly trained Cabinetry & Design Specialists, focused on the details of cabinetry, counter tops, appliances and tile for Kitchens, Baths and Home Entertainment, as well as built-in cabinets for your entire home and office. Our Cabinetry Department will help you select and design the perfect cabinets for your home or office project. In fact, if you purchase from us, 25% of the design fee / retainer for the interior design services provided by our Cabinetry & Design Specialists is applied towards your kitchen or bath product costs.
